The Main Lobby Straight ahead is the Crystal Room. To the right is the entrance to the lower level. The Entrance to the Lower Level Where you'll find the Manchester, Belmont and Bridal Rooms. The Crystal Room For our largest functions, with two dance floors, and seating for up to 340. The Garden Room Adjacent to the Crystal Room. It's ideal for small get-togethers, with easy access to the Patio. The Crystal Bridal Room Make a magnificent entry down the staircase from our main bridal room, above the Crystal Room! The Upper Patio When the weather's right, cocktail hours at The Tides Estate are an indoor/outdoor affair, using both the Upper Patio and the Garden Room to host your wedding reception!	The Manchester Room Adjacent to the Belmont Room, seats 160, with one dance floor. Use the Belmont Room for a Buffet set-up, with seating here in the Manchester. The Manchester Bridal Room A comfortable place for a brief respite before heading off for the rest of your life! The Belmont Room Ideal for large receptions, the Belmont Room has two wet bars, an exit onto the lower patio, and lots of comfortable room for conversation! The Lower Patio With entries from the Belmont Room and the main parking lot, the Lower Patio can offer a quiet escape from your indoor party during the spring or summer! The Downstairs Lobby On the other side of the fireplace is the Bridal Room.	The Upper Garden Nestled between the Gazebo and the Main Estate House lies the Upper Garden... a wonderful setting for your wedding photography! The Crystal Gazebo Accomodating up to 250 guests, the Crystal Gazebo is the perfect setting for your outdoor wedding! Arrange for a personalized tour of The Tides Estate today. Our Newest Addition... The Tides has added a second Gazebo area to accomodate up to 175 guests. It's ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings, with its own beautiful garden setting!
