Every now and then we have an opening on a date that's fast approaching. If you are making plans for a wedding, a business function, or a social event, and your plans are flexible, take a look at the dates below. We are offering special pricing for your immediate booking on any of the following:

Other Cost Savings Ideas...

Everyone is budget conscious these days - and there are definitely ways to stretch those budget dollars when planning your event. Here are eight helpful hints from the staff at The Tides Estate.

Hint #1... When planning a weekend event, give extra consideration to Fridays or Sundays. Saturday nights are typically in demand, and consequently cost more to book.

Hint #2... If you absolutely must hold your event on a Saturday, we offer our best rates for afternoon bookings, from noon to 5 p.m.

Hint #3... Is a weekend absolutely necessary? We offer our best rates for events held Mondays through Fridays. The Tides staff can make those days very affordable!

Hint #4... If you are planning well in advance, consider planning your event for a month that is "off-peak", typically from November to April... and by the way, we offer our best rates during January and February!

Hint #5... Can you hold your event on a holiday? The Tides offers great rates on certain holidays, including Easter, Mother's Day and Halloween, to name a few!

Hint #6... Trim your guest list! Our Manchester Room offers an excellent setting for a wedding, and since it's smaller than our Crystal Room, the booking rate is lower!

Hint #7... In real estate, the key word is "location, location, location"... in event planning it's "early, early, early"! By reserving early, you lock in this year's rates. Prices go up every year!

Hint #8... Every rule has its exception - so of course there's an exception to hint #7's "plan early" rule. If you're holding a "spur-of-the-moment" event and you haven't selected a date, be sure to check out our "Special Pricing" dates. Occassionally a day goes unbooked, or we have a short-term cancellation. We typically offer these days at reduced rates.
